Resumen
La población mundial de mayores de 75 años ha crecido y conocemos más sobre enfermedades crónicas sistémicas, pero el impacto en el hígado está en una búsqueda creciente ante la luz de nuevas investigaciones. Pretendemos hace una breve visión panorámica sobre los nuevos conocimientos sobre el hígado longevo, un sistema biológico complejo y no escapa del envejecimiento.
